SPA POLICIES
Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to fill out your spa consultation form. Regrettably, a late arrival will result in a shortened appointment time to allow the therapist to be prompt for the next client. A 18% to 22% gratuity is customary for the Spa Therapists/Specialist/Technicians and is not included in our fees. Professional consultation is required before initial dispensing of products. We do not give cash refunds. We require 24 hour cancellation notice. Payment is expected in full with each treatment or service offered. Local checks only, cash, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa accepted. A $35 service fee will be added to all returned checks. |
